Do you offer a warranty?
All products have a standard warranty against defects. Usually, it is a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. efurnitureshowroom selects only the finest manufacturers with excellent reputations. It is strongly advised, however, that you add an extended warranty to your purchase. The small cost for the extension is well worth the extra protection. The extended warranty is valid 3 years beyond the standard warranty.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Every effort is made to provide high quality images and measurements to assist you in choosing your furniture. However, images at times vary in color depending on a number of factors, including your monitor color settings, the photo's color settings, and your room lighting. Sometimes measurements in furniture size are rounded off and thus vary slightly from the description. If you are needing precise dimensions or colors, contact efurnitureshowroom by phone, e-mail, or fax to further assist you. Please note: efurnitureshowroom is not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (three inches or less). All returns will be subject to efurnitureshowroom's return policies & fees.

Will the furniture require assembly?
Unless the product specifically states being fully assembled, most items require some assembly. All parts--including item specific tools, screws, nuts, and/or bolts--are packed securely in bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Apart from this, some additional tools you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench, and/or screwdrivers. Please email, call, or fax efurnitureshowroom if you wish to check on specific items.

Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! Any order can be completed online by visiting efurnitureshowroom.com, adding the items you want to the shopping basket, clicking the "Check Out" button, and following the on-screen directions for shipping and payment details. Our secure server protects and scrambles all shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you may phone in or fax your order. Ordering online, however, is not only secure, but also has the fastest processing time.

Can I order by phone and/or fax?
Yes! Customer care representatives are available to assist you Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time. You may also fax your order 24 hours a day by printing a Fax Order Form. To order over the phone, call: (800) 503-1968. How can I pay for my order?
efurnitureshowroom accepts PayPal, Google Checkout, Discover, Visa, E-checks, MasterCard, American Express, checks, or money orders. Your credit card will be charged within 7 days of placing your order. (Gift or debit cards are charged immediately.)

How do I pay by personal check or money order?
All checks must clear before your order will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check, just print out an order form and mail it to the address below. (Be sure to enter the correct item codes & sizes.)

Do you charge sales tax?
There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Utah. However, for all orders shipped within the Sate of Utah, efurnitureshowroom will collect the appropriate sales tax. This will be added to your final total when placing your order. Tax exempt organizations need to fax or mail resale certificates after placing orders.

How much is shipping?
There is no shipping charge for delivery addresses within the 48 Continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is additional. Please call for rates. Orders to Canada may be subject to border taxes and import fees. efurnitureshowroom does not ship outside the U.S. or Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items usually ship within 5 to 7 business days. Arrival time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. Since inventory changes frequently, we can only provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. If your item(s) is/are on backorder, you'll receive notification via phone or email, and your order will be shipped a.s.a.p. You will receive tracking numbers via e-mail as soon as they are available.

How will you ship my order?
In-stock items normally ship 5-7 business days after receipt of your order.  With the exception of holidays, shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday. Arrival time is generally in 1-2 weeks.  Orders are shipped to your curbside -- normally a few feet beyond the rear of the delivery truck.  If a faster delivery time is needed, some products may be shipped in separate packaging and/or from separate locations.  Delivery times, depending upon the manufacturer, may vary from the normal 1-2 weeks but are usually within 1-4 weeks from the time your order was received. 

If your item(s) is/are on backorder, you'll receive notification via phone or email, and your order will be shipped a.s.a.p.  You will receive tracking numbers via email as soon as they are available.

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground. Oversize items or multiple quantity orders will ship via a freight carrier. Please note: unless specifically noted as "White Glove Delivery" trucking orders will be curb-side delivery and you should expect to have help available on delivery. White glove delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you require white glove delivery.

What is White Glove Delivery?
There are several levels of White Glove Delivery.  It ranges from unloading your furniture and transporting it to the nearest dry area, i.e., your living room or garage, to transporting the furniture up several flights of stairs, assembling it, and removing the packing materials.  Please call us to determine which service best meets your unique needs before placing your order.

What about delivery confirmation?
Tracking numbers are sent through an automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your furniture to your door. For large items that ship via a freight carrier, you will usually receive a phone call from the carrier to arrange delivery details.

What about international delivery?
efurnitureshowroom currently ships throughout the United States and most of Canada. However, if it is a very large order intended for an international destination, efurnitureshowroom may be able to accommodate you by adding extra shipping charges. Please contact us for more information. Credit cards may be refused for international orders if the bank information can't be verified. Payment via certified check or money order payable in U.S. dollars may be required.

How does the 90-Day Lowest Price* Guarantee Work?
Our goal is to provide you with the best service, selection, and quality possible for the lowest price on the Internet. However, if you happen to find a lower price online for the exact same item, efurnitureshowroom will beat it by at least two dollars. The price will be determined by the final delivered price, including any applicable shipping and sales tax. efurnitureshowroom reserves the right to check & verify the advertised price.

What is the cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled as long as they are not special orders, have not been processed, and/or have not been shipped. Special orders are defined as any order where a customization, i.e., fabric, size, color, etc., was selected. A minimum non-refundable fee of 5% of the total amount of the invoice will be assessed for any cancellations.  Upon cancellation, you will be assigned a cancellation number. This cancellation number is required in the event of any discrepancy. What if my item arrives damaged?
efurnitureshowroom takes many steps to ensure safe delivery. Be sure to inspect your package and its contents prior to signing for the delivery. Remember that although the outside packaging may appear to have been damaged, the contents of the package may have been protected by the packaging materials.  Note:  If there are any holes, indentations, or tears on the outside of the package, but no damage is apparent, you should still note on the Delivery Receipt that the packaging contained tears, indentations, or holes.  If there is damage to your order, please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to efurnitureshowroom immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to efurnitureshowroom and the shipper within 5 days of arrival. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage. In the event of partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt, efurnitureshowroom will send free replacement parts to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at its discretion. If a replacement is declined and you would rather cancel your order you may choose from the following: a refund, store credit, or exchange. All exchanges, store credits, or refunds are less a 20% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges. efurnitureshowroom is not responsible for any damages not reported within 5 days of arrival. What about defective merchandise?
All defective merchandise claims must be placed within 48 hours of your receiving the merchandise.  If the product requires assembly and that assembly has been attempted, it will not be covered.  Any defects or imperfections are not reasons for returning merchandise.  There will be no charge for replacement parts sent to you.  In the event the manufacturer determines (at their sole discretion) that the problem will not be resolved by sending replacement parts, replacement merchandise will be sent to you for no additional charge.


What is your return policy?
When it comes to customer satisfaction, it's our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 20 days of delivery. Returned items must be in unused condition. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes and must be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Special orders, where custom colors or fabrics are selected, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-returnable and non-refundable. To return your purchase for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email or phone and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). efurnitureshowroom ships items from multiple warehouses across the United States; therefore, it is very important to contact us so it can provide the correct return warehouse address. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping charges.  The restocking fee is waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal or greater value, or for store credit.  Round trip shipping charges will still apply and there will be an $8.75 processing fee.  Keep in mind, a few manufacturers may be excluded from the return policy.  Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item.  Request Return Here
